It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat or training, but unexpected things do happen that can be beyond your control. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance to cover any possible loss. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
There is no cancellation nor refund for any reason including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, illness, health conditions, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, or change of mind. If you or participants cannot reach the retreat or training due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather circumstances, missed, delayed or canceled flights, retreat and training fees are unfortunately non-refundable and non-transferable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
We reserve the right to remove a participant from the program if their behaviour is disruptive. In the event of such dismissal, any refunds will be at the sole discretion of Ahimsa Portugal. No refunds will be made for travel, meal or accommodation packages booked.
